Dual Function Murphy Bed Desks - 2 for 1 combo

A Murphy Bed desk bed is a type of Murphy Bed that has the desk built into the face panel of the bed. This smart, space-saving option allows you to add a bedroom and create a workstation at the same time - a desk by day and a bed at night.

Whether you need a laptop station, craft table, art space or a spot for doing your paperwork, the Murphy Bed desk is the perfect add-on to any Full or Queen-size Lancaster Heirloom Collection Murphy Bed.

Our desks come in 2 styles - Dropdown and Auto-desk.

Dropdown Desk Murphy Beds

Our Lancaster Heirloom Dropdown desk features a desk that locks into place when not in use giving it the appearance of a standard Murphy Bed. With the turn of the lock, the desk drops down into place to become a work surface for any home office.

Available with Traditional, Mission and Shaker Panel beds. Only available for Vertical and Horizontal Full or Queen Murphy Beds.

Auto-desk Murphy Beds

The Auto-desk allows you to keep your desktop intact when the Murphy Bed opens into a bed. The desk front shelving is on hinges and as the bed opens, the desktop stays parallel to the floor and becomes the support for the open bed. Our Lancaster Heirloom Auto-desk can be purchased with or without end panels. The photos on the left shows with end panel and the one on the right is without.

Available with Traditional, Mission, Shaker Panel and V Style beds. Only available for Vertical Full or Queen Murphy Beds.

Desktop clearance when open: 12" between desktop and face of Murphy Bed

We offer 5 styles of decorative panel fronts - Traditional Raised, Mission Inset, Shaker, Contemporary and Barn Door Panels.

Stain and Paint Finishes

Our full line of stains and paints are available. We finish all of our products with a high-quality, low VOC, polyurethane finish that resists water marks and scratches.

Dimensions

Our Lancaster Heirloom Collection Murphy Beds do not have box springs. The mattress lies on our platform system. Our Murphy Bed accommodates mattresses up to 12 inches deep.
